The noise from the guests above was unbearable. I could hear stomping and running throughout my stay, which made it impossible to relax. When I complained about the noise, there was no follow-up from staff, which added to my frustration.

Great stay for families

The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, especially during breakfast. My kids loved the cinnamon buns, they were DELICIOUS! !

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for the quality, it was still acceptable.

I stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Non-Smoking for 5 nights. The room was super clean and had a nice comfy vibe. It came with a mini-fridge and microwave, which were super convenient. The breakfast was delicious with warm cinnamon rolls that I couldn't get enough of! Staff checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed, which felt thoughtful.

Clean room with a comfy queen bed and awesome amenities like a mini-fridge and microwave. The fitness center was well-equipped too. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with delicious cinnamon rolls. Staff kept checking if we needed anything, which was nice. The atmosphere felt really welcoming and safe.

the warm indoor pool was a great way to relax after a long drive. the floor made a lot of noise from upstairs guests.

We loved the warm indoor pool and how easy it was to access Sahara Sam's Indoor Water Fun Park and Big Kahuna's Water Park. The room was cozy and well-equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave. Breakfast was a nice perk too, especially those cinnamon rolls! Also, the staff were super friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

We did notice the shower had a whistling noise, which was a bit annoying during our mornings. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but it was something we wished could have been addressed.

The holiday inn express was in a great location. felt safe and was mostly quiet. the room was comfortable, and i really enjoyed unwinding with premium cable channels on the 55" hdtv. it's conveniently close to some nice restaurants, too.

The check-in process was lightning fast thanks to Adam, who had my room ready even though I arrived late at night. The room featured four pillows of varying thickness, perfect for finding my comfort zone when sleeping. Loved that the room had a mini-fridge and microwave. Breakfast included tasty pre-made omelets and the signature cinnamon rolls were a highlight. However, the shower made a whistling noise during use, which was a bit annoying. I also noticed the curtains didn’t block out as much light as I would have liked, making the mornings a bit bright too early for my taste. Overall, it was a solid stay with a few minor inconveniences.
